    Account & sign-in

    Trouble signing in with Apple or Google, or getting into your account? Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will help you get back in.

    Billing & subscriptions

    Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Apple or Google, and you can view, change, or cancel a plan anytime in your device's store settings. For receipts, refunds, or plan questions, write to [email protected].

    A task did not finish

    Open the run in your inbox to see what Clark did and where it stopped, then send the task to [email protected] and we will look into it. Many stalls are a sign-in or permission step on a site Clark was working on.

    Your data, privacy & deletion

    You can delete a conversation anytime, and it is purged from our systems within 30 days. To request a copy or full deletion of your data, contact [email protected]. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
